Services
Product registration and technical affairs:
Al-Sara Scientific Bureau has as a full dedicated team of employees who have the expertise to provide the essential documents required for registration. We already registered, with Ministry of Health and many Iraqi Government Organizations. According to the Iraqi Health Law, MOH is the only authority responsible for controlling healthcare market and grants import permits to registered companies. Moreover, all imported products are subjected to Quality test done by specifically laboratories belonging to the government before releasing to the market. These laboratories have strict rules and resemble FDA, EMEA, HPFB and MHLW. This process may take 2-6 months to be accomplished, Our Highly professional team following up this process directly to speed up item test and registration process
Sales and Marketing:
This division is our core strength which includes a complete staff of Medical representative who are well trained and specialized in pharmaceutical and scientific promotions for all Iraqi doctors specialties in about 18 provinces. We believe that our experience and deep knowledge of Iraqi market will assist us for the excellent success in this field. Al-Sara Scientific Bureau focus at an early stage of marketing process following a product initial launch, with the goal of achieving deep market penetration to grow sales of the products to establish a leading market position. Logistics and warehousing
Al-Sara Scientific Bureau can provide warehousing with controlled temperature facilities specifically for pharmaceutical products. We can ensure the best storage conditions according the international standards as we have an experience staff and computerized system to provide accurate inventory control and supply, with strong and expert delivery driver's team in Baghdad and other Iraqi provinces
Governmental Tender Division:
Al-Sara Scientific Bureau is presently fulfilling Government contracts with the Ministry of Health in Iraq. In addition to that, we are devoted to participate in all tenders announced by governmental and private hospitals and we could achieve excellent results in this field, also we provide assistance to companies outside of Iraq who wish to start tender business with MOH.
